Some of my goals
I think it is very important to set your goals high, but to keep you expectations reasonable. Goals are the carrot that keep me going
Long Term goals (next 5 -10 years)
-do an Iron Man event on 7 continents,
-swim the English Channel,
-Compete in the Iron Man World Championships at Kona.
-Motivate others to improve their fitness and have a better quality of life
This Year
-run a marathon
-complete a half marathon - done May 2009
-improve my Spanish - continually
-Do the JDRF Death Valley 105 mile bike ride in under 6 hours
-Build my running volume to a consistent 40 miles per week, without breaking my foot again - working on it
